Lexonik Advance

• Year 1 – In Year 1 the Lexonik Advance Licence includes:

• Initial training for the number of staff as identified on your order form
• Initial training consists of 2 full, consecutive days either on-site at your school or remotely*, as agreed and confirmed in your implementation call
• Loan of Lexonik Advance resources (level as specified in the order form and confirmed in your implementation call)
• 1-day quality assurance for trained staff (equal to no more than 6 hours)
• 12-month Lexonik Advance licence term starting from the first day of initial training

• Account Manager & Regional Trainer remote support (phone, email etc)
• Cloud-based support materials for trained staff
• Assessment materials (SWRT – Primary/WRAT5 – Secondary up to 180 per year)
• 12-month annual licence term (unless otherwise stated)

• Renewal (Subsequent Years after Year 1)

• Replacement training for 1 member of staff (2 days remote* initial training) to deliver Lexonik Advance
• 1-day quality assurance certification for replacement staff (equal to no more than 6 hours)
• Account Manager & Regional Trainer remote support (phone, email etc)

• Continued loan of resources
• Cloud-based support materials for trained staff
• Assessment materials (SWRT – Primary/WRAT5 – Secondary up to 180 per year

• Multi Year Renewal up to 3-year packages available

• 1-day quality assurance certification for replacement staff annually (equal to no more than 6 hours)
• Account Manager & Regional Trainer remote support
• Continued loan of resources
• Cloud-based support materials for trained staff

• Assessment materials (SWRT – Primary/WRAT5 – Secondary up to 180 per year)
• Replacement training for 1 member of staff (2 days remote* initial training) annually

• Lexonik Advance Licence Additional People

• Additional people can be added to your licence at any time upon payment of the relevant fee

• Each member of staff must complete the 2-day initial Lexonik Advance training and pass subsequent quality assurance
• Adding an additional member of staff does not affect the annual renewal date of your licence
• This additional capacity to deliver Lexonik Advance remains with your licence for its lifetime only ending if you decide not to renew

• Lexonik Advance Licence Additional Levels

• Additional resource levels can be added to your licence at any time upon payment of the relevant fee
• You can opt to train a new member of staff or existing trained staff in a new level (different fees apply)
• New staff will undergo the full 2-day initial training which will cover all levels you are entitled to deliver according to your licence
• Existing trained staff will be trained in the additional level over a half-day session
• The licence to deliver Lexonik Advance at any level will be subject to satisfactory completion of Lexonik’s annual quality assurance process

• This additional level will remain with your licence for its lifetime only ending if you decide not to renew

*All remote training will take place over Microsoft Teams with invitations to the event being issued by the Lexonik Regional Trainer leading the training event. As a consequence of the way Teams invitations function, the participating staff email address will be visible to both the Lexonik Regional Trainer and the other participants on that particular training event.

Flex and Renewal

Lexonik Flex

• Year 1 –In Year 1 the Lexonik Flex Licence includes:

• Initial training consists of 1.5 consecutive days either on-site at your school or remotely*, as agreed and confirmed in your order form
• Loan of Lexonik Flex resources
• 1-day quality assurance for trained staff (equal to no more than 6 hours)

• 12-month Lexonik Flex licence term starting from the first day of initial training
• Account Manager & Regional Trainer remote support (phone, email etc)
• Cloud-based support materials for trained staff
• Assessment materials - up to 45 per year
• 12-month annual licence term (unless otherwise stated)

• Renewal (Subsequent Years after Year 1)

• Account Manager & Regional Trainer remote support (phone, email etc)
• Continued loan of resources
• Cloud-based support materials for trained staff

• Assessment - up to 45 per year

• Renewal (Subsequent Years after Year 1) Standard

Lexonik Leap Licence (applies to purchases from 6.11.23)

Year 1 – In Year 1 the Lexonik Leap Licence includes

• 1-day initial training for the number of staff as identified on your order form
• Training offered either remotely* using Microsoft Teams or face to face at the location as specified in the order form (different prices apply)
• Loan of Lexonik Leap teaching resources to each trained member of staff for the duration of the licence term
• 12-month access to Leap support materials and the ‘Assessment App’ containing the student diagnostic and progress tracker for trained staff via Lexonik’s Educator Platform for nominated staff
• 12-month annual licence term (unless otherwise stated)
• Account Manager & Regional Trainer remote support (phone, email etc)

Renewal - (Subsequent years after Year 1)

• Replacement training for 1 member of staff (1 day remote* initial training) to deliver Lexonik Leap
• Account Manager & Regional Trainer remote support (phone, email etc)
• Continued loan of resources

Lexonik Vocabulary

• Whole school licence for Lexonik Vocabulary

• 20 minute pre-recorded ‘How 2’ guide including how to implement and promote best practise across whole school
• Extensive library of Spelling, Grammar & Punctuation video and PDF resources suitable for use across all subjects
• Staff accounts are created by the Coordinator at the purchasing school for those employed by that school and are not transferable to other schools
