Another Step in our Global Mission

When we talk about creating change, we mean it. We do it.

Anyone who has ever worked for us, with us, seen us present or seen some of the outstanding feedback we get from the teachers in our schools, knows that the Lexonik team are all about action and transformation.

So on that theme, you’ll perhaps not be so surprised to hear that we’re about to step on the plane to Dubai and form part of a Northern Powerhouse Trade Mission.

We share unapologetically with clients across the country – and the globe – how proud we are of our north-east roots, and therefore, being able to represent UK Plc with a number of other companies being accompanied to Dubai by the Department of Business and Trade, is so incredibly important.

Between Monday 30th October and Wednesday 1st November, Sarah Ledger and Phil Luke will be at the GESS (Global Education Supplies and Solutions) Exhibition, being staged at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

This is the leading education conference for the Middle East, and sees teachers, heads, deans and leaders converge as an opportunity to learn, to buy, to meet and to impress.

We’re so proud to be participating, alongside the other selected UK delegates, and we’re really looking forward to being able to meet with over 8,000 education professionals (or a fair few of them, at least!) and seeing some of the needs and issues reflected by the 94 countries from which visitors will attend.

Our message throughout our visit is clear – we believe no-one should suffer or see their life compromised, as a result of being unable to read.

Lexonik’s team proves time and time again, how its powerful programmes, combined with the expert delivery of our trainers, creates life-changing impact in classrooms.

We truly transform lives….and for us, it doesn’t matter whether those are the lives of people being educated on the doorstep of our Teesside HQ, or in the Middle East.

This trip is a great opportunity for our CEO to spread the message of how powerful small entrepreneurial businesses can become.

She says: “We’ve had a great and flourishing relationship with the middle east over recent years, and have a number of clients in the Dubai region.

“This trade mission enables us to share the story of how we’ve already been working to great effect with schools in this part of the world, while at the same time, really taking with us the ethos, personality and unique messaging of our humble – but mighty – Middlesbrough company.

“Lexonik knows it has a great story to share with the world. This is a really important step in that process.” We’ll be sure to keep you posted about the outcome of our Trade Mission to Dubai, but if you’re interested in hearing more, or want to share details of other such forthcoming global visits or opportunities for ambitious proud businesses in the meantime, please feel free to make contact with Sarah or Phil.
